Our first step in the Client engagement process is offering ARM's Risk Management Audit including:

• Current policy review
• Analysis of loss histories and trends in order to identify exposures and make recommendations to minimize these exposures
• On-site safety inspection of your properties resulting in a comprehensive property survey report with a hazard exposure evaluation.
• Interviews with key personnel - (superintendent, maintenance personnel, building manager, owners, etc.)
• Current broker performance analysis

Step two of the audit process includes presenting a risk management action plan that includes strategies to manage risk, recommendations on loss control, safety and claims management, and perhaps modifications of the current insurance program.
